July 10th - 12th
This natural building immersion led by legendary natural builder Uncle Mud in collaboration with Earthworm Learning is going to be STACKED, jam-packed, good fun to see what can be DONE and this is probablyy our last cob building project here where the soil IS (just the right ratio for) COB!!
In this weekend, we will be getting into three projects!!: installing and discussing a cob-covered rocket-stove-inspired fire-powered pool heater for our chemical-free pool beside the sauna, creating a cob oven and outdoor kitchen, and learning to timber-frame a roof overhang! and of course we will be turning mud into cob.
Come learn hands-on ~ mad variety of skills and unique yet widely applicable, adaptable and accessible projects! This is quite a rare gem of an opportunity.
Food is included for Saturday, Sunday, and for those who can wrap up with us Monday morning. Friday is potluck dinner. Friday evening Uncle Mud and Ember will be discussing their design process for the weekend's projects, the structural and massive health benefits and blessings of natural building especially cob, and tips to make it land with confidence and ease!
Maximum capacity for the weekend: 11 participants
Max capacity for Friday evening: 22 people
Check out UncleMud.com, be a friend and share this with ya friens and... we expect this to fill up quickly, as our cob sauna build did, so claim your spot now if you're feeling the call!!

This may be our last cob project at Earthworm...for some years! Though we will get muddy again: the subsoil under our feet here is just the right ratio of clay, sand and silt...we are not ordering any clay or sand from afar to add to our cob mixture!!
Food is included. Friday is potluck dinner.

^ Friday evening's Transmission with Uncle Mud and Ember will be focused on their design process for the weekend's projects, the physical benefits and blessings of natural building, as well as tips to find balance between flow and structure--to "make it land with ease"!
We expect this to fill up quickly, as folks have been asking us to offer one more natural build (with Mud!) workshop since the sauna build that filled so fast, so claim your spot meow if you are ready and willing to build this world with love, mud, elemental support and lots o laughs.

The chemical-free copper-silver pool will be warm (as will the earthen sauna beside it), as you float on our mattresses or floaties, while you are surrounded by singing bowls, harmonic song, gong, chimes, flute and more... We will first land in with some movement flow together, and afterwards we will ground on the earthen floor with the gong vibes and fresh, local food.

Free event on Sunday July 26th, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM
We will start the event with somatic practices and games to help us really land here, followed by instrumental jamming and dancing, before transitioning into an open mic on our little green stage.
All ages and all kinds of shares welcome!!

An intuitive transmission for those present. We will embark upon a guided journey through our incredible edible backyard, paying attention to what has come here, what pops up: when--where--and why? We will make elixirs, potions, tinctures from what we forage around us depending on the needs of the times & group. We will also tune in to our heart's deepest desires and intentions as we plant seeds (take home your own pot) and discuss the kinds of seeds we can still plant at this harvest time of year, and how to care for the seeds and visions we plant within and in the outer world.
Final Friday of the month, starting September 25th, from 4-6
Firebird emotion lab (mothers and babies circle up for Council and Embodying Emotions with Em) in main house, and Play time (papa Jimi plays games with the kids (4+), and holds free play) in the forested backyard and learning center!
